groceries ready for you. Just order in your dinner and you’re all set till tommorow’s lunch. So off to the beach you go!
Movie Ticket Pick-up Service - Don’t risk driving into Merimbula to see a movie only
to get there and find your movie is booked out! Your tickets will either be delivered to
you at the park (time permitting) or they’ll be waiting for you at the cinema.
Whale Watching - If you have often wondered what it would be like to get close to
whales and dolphins in their marine wonderland, then this is your big opportunity.
In recent years Merimbula has become a major whale watching destination.
The Sapphire Coast Whale watching season commences around mid September
to end of November.
Scuba Diving - The Discover Scuba Diving program lets you experience the thrill
of diving under the supervision of a PADI Professional in pool or pool-like conditions.
During your adventure, you can master some basic concepts and scuba skills and
head off to experience an open water adventure. You can choose to take part in all
or part of the programme which includes: an instructional DVD, Pool Dive, and an
Open Water Dive.
Learn to Surf - Learn to surf in Tathra in a group class or a one-to-one lesson. You
will be fitted into a full length wetsuit and provided with a soft foam malibu surfboard.
You’ll be catching waves to shore before you know it!
Children’s Activities - Check the Beach Buddy blackboard or check with reception to
find out the fun we have planned for the kids (and sometimes for the grown-ups too
if they’re lucky!).
Personal Training - Keep fit, stay fit or try something new. Your personal trainer will
supervise and motivate you to complete a tailored exercise program one-to-one or
in a group.
Scenic Flights - Choose from one of the many flights available from Merimbula
airport. Flights vary from a 10 minute flight over Merimbula to a half day Gabo
Island tour.
Marine Kayak Tour - This 2 hour kayaking adventure involves a guided tour of
Merimbula’s marine environment on our ocean kayaks. You have a chance of
spotting some dolphins, seals, or whales (in season). Also includes morning tea.
Day Spa Beauty Packages - Treat yourself or someone you love to some beauty
therapy at a day spa. There are four fantastic packages available; ‘Face & Feet’,
'Body, Face & Feet', 'Palms & Soles' and 'Body Spa & Face'. This is the ultimate
relaxation experience.
Dolphin Cruise - Enjoy an all-year round adventure onboard "True Blue" or
"Koo-ee" from Merimbula Marina. See dolphins, seals, marine and bird life.
Kids Marine Acquatic Programme - This programme has been put together
by the Merimbula Divers Lodge and offers your children a unique acquatic
experience and marine conservation knowledge that will be with them for life.
You can choose to take part in all or part of the programme which includes;
Project Aware - marine conservation activities, snorkeling, and a marine aquatic day.
Sinbad Cruise - Cruise the pristine waters of Pambula River and lake while
enjoying an indoor or open air dining experience. Lunch, dinner and morning
or afternoon tea available. Take a break and relax on 'Sinbad' as we take you
on a cruise to explore the peaceful Pambula River. Passing historic aboriginal
middens and stopping at Sever's Beach for a short walk. Marvel at the spectacular
Ben Boyd National Park while listening to birds and viewing wildlife.
