Your Own Seaside Getaway

Annual Vans are permanently on site but only used for holiday occupation. The owner of the Caravan enters into an occupation agreement with the Park owner as required under the Holiday Parks (Long-term Casual Occupation) Act 2002.

This agreement will allow usage of the site up to a maximum of 150 days per year at a fee of $5150.00 per annum. For a full list of terms and conditions phone our office or call in for an inspection.
